1. Investments for Performance

If you've opted to purchase a security token, we will place your tokenized asset into our operational verticals to perform for you! Please add notes on how you would like dividends to be distributed to you into your investor profile in the Investor Notes section.

You can edit your Investor Profile by clicking on your profile name in the top right corner of the Investor Dashboard.

We can deliver dividends via mailed check, blockchain transfer in USDC, ACH, or Wire Transfer meeting minimum limits.

You may please also note if you would like your token dividends reinvested in this Investor Notes section.

2. Delivery

Once you receive the token into your wallet (as most opt for), if you would like for your tokenized asset to be delivered physically to you rather than be maintained in our storage, as our retail offerings permit, please e-mail support@mydhan.io and we will send you our physical shipping, handling, and delivery form for processing. 

Once you complete the form, we will move the physical asset to be shipped to your given delivery address within 10 business days. You will be provided with a delivery tracking number to monitor the same.

Once the physical asset is delivered to you, the token is burned and the transaction is completed as in a normal retail transaction.
